SuperYouth is an informal group of young people based in Mielec, Poland, with an international character. The group was created by young people who met through Erasmus+ and were inspired by the connections, learning and personal development experienced through non-formal education.
The main aim of SuperYouth is to promote non-formal learning and create opportunities for young people to develop personally and socially through shared experiences. The group focuses on developing creativity, self-initiative, teamwork, communication and entrepreneurship skills, while promoting tolerance, cultural understanding, acceptance and self-confidence.
SuperYouth has been active since 2024 and is yet to implement its own project, its members have considerable individual experience in youth work, volunteering, Erasmus+ Youth Exchanges and Training Courses, ESC projects, workshops and community activities. Members have experience in facilitating workshops, youth education, theatre and improvisation, outdoor activities, inclusion, gender equality, intercultural learning and working with children and young people from different backgrounds.
The group aims to build on these experiences and create meaningful learning opportunities for other young people. SuperYouth's vision is to empower and inspire young people through non-formal education, international cooperation and intercultural exchange, helping them overcome barriers, recognise their strengths and develop skills that can be valuable in their future.
