Stichting Saen Youth

Project Overview:
Our organization seeks to connect young people from the Netherlands with their peers across Europe to address the pressing issues of food waste and environmental conservation. By fostering dialogue, collaboration, and learning, this project aims to inspire youth to take active roles in combating food waste, preserving nature, and promoting sustainable living. Through non-formal education and international mobility, participants will gain the skills and knowledge to lead eco-conscious initiatives in their communities.

Enhance Intercultural Exchange
Facilitate collaboration between European youth to exchange ideas, share best practices, and develop a shared vision for a sustainable future.

Activities:

Food Waste Reduction Workshops
Interactive sessions to teach participants about food preservation, composting, and creative cooking to minimize food waste.

Nature Preservation Projects
Field activities such as tree planting, habitat restoration, and clean-up drives to engage participants in hands-on environmental work.

Cultural Exchange Events
Highlight sustainable practices in different cultures, showcasing traditional methods of minimizing waste and respecting nature.

Erasmus+ Mobility Opportunities
