In the by Erasmus+ funded ‘Trauma Healing and Community Resilience Development project (2021 – 2023) SFN volunteers contributed in the implementation in various ways: from project management, being a dedicated contact for a partner organization, development and (co-) facilitation of the online workshops and the 6-day workshop on location, being Zoom host and technical support in the online meetings and as a security officer during the online engagements.
Currently, in cooperation with the municipality of Oost Gelre (East of the Netherlands) and as part of their summer school program, we facilitate ‘living a resilient life’ workshops for newcomers, age 17-20.
