Sprijin si Dezvoltare have various experience in creating online platforms, online videos for training, learning platforms, and documentary films. The organisation also create the first online map with the NGOs from Brasov Region.
Sprijin si Dezvoltare Association has the main specific objectives:
- To promote active citizenship and European Citizenship

We have expertise in youth work, gained through national and international training courses where our youth workers were trained, and by implementing project and activities at national and international level.
We have expertise in coordinating volunteers and fundraising by:
-Creating public events and social theater in public locations
-Recruit and facilitate the interaction of 80 volunteer with 40 organisations from Brasov Region
We have experience in fight against poverty, discrimination and develop tolerance:
-The project On this road together, funded by the EU, that we, as an informal group we wrote and implement, created opportunities through which 20 young people with and without disabilities to raise their understanding, acceptance and tolerance toward each other. Sprijin si Dezvoltare Association was a result of this project
-Creative workshops for youth with disabilities
-Preventing school dropout in rural areas through non-formal activities
-Ensure the participation in the social life and to gain soft competences in a non-formal environment for 14 youths, 7 youths with disabilities, the youths were unemployed, through the project "Anti-discrimination Caravan", funded by the EU
-The project “We build Europe” funded by the EU stimulated the personal and professional development of 16 youth workers to integrate European Citizenship concept in youth work in the activities with the young people with fewer opportunities.
-The „Network, Inclusion, European Citizenship” project funded by EU, developed network between 6 organisations from 6 countries, for the youth workers to be active agents for community in the field of inclusion.
-The Value the difference project helped 36 youth workers to approach the concept of cultural diversity and to raise the undertaking to support the youth with fewer opportunities from poor urban areas.
We have experience to facilitate the intercultural learning, in create mutual understanding between different backgrounds and cultures
-“Fly Dance” project, was funded by the EU removed the social barriers and cultural stereotypes and prejudices between 20 young people and 5 youth leaders from 5 countries
-14 project in partnership funded by Erasmus + Programme
-2 project in partnership funded by Youth in action Programme

We have implmented 8 projects as applicant.

The project “Developing organizational capacity of NGOs”, funded through SEE Grants 2009 – 2014, aimed to develop the quality of support systems for NGO activities and to develop the organizational capacity of 40 NGOs from Brasov.
During our project we successful developed and implement in our organization the following:
-Action Plan to sustain the social inclusion, and 4 new methods of non-formal education, “Tools For Inclusion: European Citizenship and Social Inclusion", 2013, a tool for inclusion in the youth field.
-8 Action plans to sustain the youth with fewer opportunities from the poor urban areas, in "The Value the Difference Dissemination Value Guidebook", 2014 ISBN: 978-973-0-17589-9.
Our main intellectual outputs/ results:
-Documentary movie „Caravana antidiscriminare vine în oraşul tău - O zi din viaţa mea!", presents the types of discrimination in Romania, discrimination into the world of work and gender discrimination; and Romanian strategy against discrimination and social exclusion and Romanian Youth Employment Strategy.
-The project developed a Magazine "Network, Inclusion, European Citizenship" 4 Numbers, Brasov, 2013, about youth with fewer opportunities, marginalization and poverty, European citizenship and youth work.
-Online platform for 41 NGOs to provide support in the areas of visibility and promotion, fundraising, financing and financial management
-A map of Brasov with all the NGOs from and an online application
-The first NGO fair in Brasov
-Documentary film about the current status on the framework for the registration and operation of NGOs, the NGO’s image in Romania, the relationship between the media and the NGO sector. We have developed 3 partnerships with 3 local televisions to promote the movie.
We formed youths with and without fewer opportunities through 6 training courses: Entrepreneurial competences, Leadership, Presentation and auto-presentation competences, Public speaking, Project management, and Tips and Tricks – how to handle an interview.
Through the project Youth with a Future, funded by EU, 36 unemployed youth learned how to plan their career.
In the project Entrepreneurs Transcending Disadvantage, funded by EU, 21 youth workers learned how to develop the entrepreneurship potential of youth.
The project Youh unemployment, funded by EU, supported the 32 long-term unemployed youths to develop and gain new competences in order to improve the personal development and employability. The project also supported the professional development of 40 youth workers to innovate and improve the quality of youth work to support long-term unemployed youth by using use non-formal education.
In the study visit Learning from the 'Best'?, funded by EU, 36 youth workers understood the link between youth work, the field of vocational and higher education to support employability of youth.
“The youth and labour market Program, implemented at the regional level supported youths, including those with fewer opportunities, to improve their level of key competences and skills to find a job, as well as entrepreneurial education. The program offered them advice: what to study, where to find that job, where they can gain professional experience, what VET need to be done in order to gain the desired job, what funds can they access in order to finance their business. We also searched for jobs and established contact with employees, and develop personalised packages for the youth.
The program supported the youth workers to develop innovative approach address the needs of the disadvantaged youths regarding the labour market.
Our main intellectual outputs/ results:
-4 online videos with 4 stories that offers information about: the opportunities that the EU offers in order to work, to study to do internships and traineeship and to volunteer abroad; How to write a CV, How to write a cover/ motivation letter, Tips and tricks how to handle a job interview; The opportunities and challenges of a youth working abroad.
-Policy recommendation to facilitate the access to the labour market of the long-term unemployed youth and the youth work visibility.
-4 Cartoon magazines with 4 stories of 4 young people that are searching for a job.
-Youth work – action plan that is used by the youth workers to facilitate the integration of the long-term unemployed youth into the labour market.

The strategic partnership funded under Erasmus + Programme will equip 60 youths with the necessary competences in order to become entrepreneur and will develop intellectual outputs in order to sustain the entrepreneurial education among youth with and without fewer opportunities.
