Sphere of Youth

"Sphere of Youth" is a Non-governmental organization located in Chernihiv city and work at the local and national level.
The main directions of our work:
sports education of youth; protection of youth rights; promoting the development of youth entrepreneurship; development of a democratic civil society.
In the work of our organization, we use an approach based on human rights, our team has experience and knowledge in the field of human rights and develops as facilitators and trainers in this topic.
We are trying to support young people and their desire to be the agents of change in our society and their desire to play a role in decision-making at the public level.
Our main areas of work:
Development of sports culture: In cooperation with the Department of Family, Youth, and Sports of Chernihiv Regional State Administration, we annually, starting in 2017, implement sports projects aimed at developing financial sustainability of sports schools and initiatives, creating educational products, and working with career guidance of youth in sports.
Cultural projects aimed at developing the cultural potential of youth: Our organization has experts working on the development of youth cultural projects related to democracy and decision-making by youth.
Work with young entrepreneurs and startups:
Thanks to the support of the US Embassy in Ukraine, we were able to implement a project to train youth startupers, which allowed us to begin to develop in the field of youth business. Our team takes into account the difference between learning for young people and is constantly evolving and learning to make this topic more accessible to young people from all over the country.
Advocacy for youth rights and creation of youth spaces: In partnership with the Youth Center, we cooperate in the creation and development of youth space. Particular attention is paid to youth from the villages united territorial communities we develop partnerships with the communities of the region to achieve a greater effect.
