The Sowa Foundation, established in 2016 and based in Krakow, Poland, is a non-governmental organization dedicated to strengthening social development through education, cultural activities, and community support. The foundation works with diverse target groups, including children, young people, adults, and seniors, aiming to foster personal growth, social inclusion, and equal opportunities.
The foundation delivers a wide range of educational and support programmes, such as language courses, digital and computer training, career counselling, and employment assistance. The core mission of the Sowa Foundation is to empower individuals and local communities through education and lifelong learning, while actively promoting Poland’s national heritage and cultural identity. The foundation places strong emphasis on cultural awareness, civic engagement, and intergenerational cooperation.
In addition to its educational mission, the Sowa Foundation is engaged in activities related to the promotion of physical culture and a healthy lifestyle, environmental protection, animal welfare, and sustainable tourism. By combining educational, cultural, and social initiatives, the foundation contributes to the holistic development of individuals and communities at local and regional levels.
