Solna Youth Centre

Solna Youth Café is a municipaly youth service adressed to young people (16-21 years old).

Here you will find an open café environment, with a wide selection and low prices. Young people can relax, socialize, read, listen to music, connect to the Internet, borrow a computer, play video games, watching movies, creating, developing their area of interest, given the opportunity to realize their ideas, and establish national and international contacts - short and well: Café strives to capture and create the conditions that young people want.

Would young people like to organize a concert, a lecture, a discussion on an important topic? Want to exhibit their art, edit their movies or handicrafts? Solna Youth Café is to inspire young people to stand up for what they are and for what they believe in - and to express it.

Solna Youth Café is open for all young people. This inclusion means also that young people with special educational needs (dissabilities) are very wellcome to the center. We have around 8-10 of this youngsters coming to us in a regular basis and we have special activities for them.

A team of 9 youth workers with differents skills and knowlodges work together to support the young peoples development and to give them the ownership of the projects
