Our story tracks back in 2012, during the memorandum period in which our country was suffering the consequences of austerity, with our main purpose to deal with the humanitarian and economic crisis in Greece.
For the past decade we launched campaigns raising awareness about issues such as lack of food, health care, education, refugee crisis, covid-19, climate crisis war in Ukraine and Gaza, etc. With the collaboration of other initiatives and grassroots we managed to gather materials to help people in need.
Our aims are:
To facilitate communication among all social solidarity networks as well as exchanging experience and “know how” between them.
To make accessible for everybody who is in need or wants and wishes to help an initiative of any kind and get organized all over our country.
To promote solidarity campaigns for vulnerable groups (refugees, Roma, migrants, civilians of war) to victims of the consequences of climate crisis, energy poverty and gender equality.
To share our experience with youngsters by creating space and opportunities where they can develop themselves according to their needs, educate themselves in non-formal methods, be an active part of a community especially when any kind of crisis emerges, be in solidarity without any discrimination, with respect on diversity of others and the 17 Goals of Sustainable Development of the United Nations.
We are an NGO from Athens, Greece interested to expand our activities in the international sphere
