Solidaritet forening

Our organization, Solidaritet forening (Solidarity association) was grounded in March 2019. Through the years, the size of the organization has multiplied. The number of members has increased steadily year by year, and there are more people who show interest and turn to us. The main purpose of the organization is to carry out sporting and educational activities for the youth. The organization is mainly for the youth, but we are open to everyone; no matter gender, age, religion and background. With the conditions that the articles of association are accepted and the membership fee of 5 euros per year is paid. Payment happens at the beginning of June, every year, and it gives the youth the opportunities to go to youth exchanges, different sports activities and events (such as football games, cinema etc...) through the organization. At the moment the organization is only working with people in Stockholm region, but everything works well and many people show interest, and there are more people in need of this types of organizations, therefore we would really like to expand our geographical reach. One of the most important principle in our organization is gender equality, therefore we applied for many local projects for the women in Stockholm.
