Sicurform Italia

Sicurform Italia is a no-profit organization founded in 2009 by a group of young professionals and entrepreneurs. As the labor market is changing radically and the role of the human resources is increasingly important in any field, attend training or retraining is a fundamental requirement for all those who are employed or seeking employment. Licensed by Molise Region –Vocational Training Authority- (DD 138 DD 30 of 06/08/2010 and 10/08/2011) since 2010, Sicurform Italia organizes training courses to facilitate the access of young people, women, unemployed people in the labor market. Our mission is to support our students during our training courses to achieve the creation of a competitive professionals, identifying their learning skills, train new professionals but also restore old occupations. Moreover our organization deals with local and national entrepreneurs, by informing them of new business opportunities and organizing specific training courses related to their needs. Sicurform Italia is also recognized as sending and coordination organization for the European Voluntary Service by European Commission since 2010. Moreover, our organization promotes and organizes youth exchanges and intercultural experiences and many different projects for young people.

Our aims are:
• Improve the quality of the service ever offered at local level implement management and delivery of training services in line with the new strategies in the world requires that the context of training;
• Establish and strengthen a network of relationships through synergies and/or partnerships with other actors in order to have the specialist skills and resources necessary to carry out its activities;
• Promote vocational training courses linked to the needs of the real and pressing social and economic fabric of local and national areas;
• Promote work integration and coordination between training demand and supply work;
•Provide training aimed at enhancing the skills of each subject;
• Contribute to the development of youth entrepreneurship and generally creative activity of young people
• Provide knowledge and space for young people to enhance creativity, innovation and enterpreneurship
• Promote equity, social cohesion and creative citizenship.
