The object of the cooperative, founded in 1987, is as follows: "the purpose of the cooperative is to get the general interest of the community to promote human and social integration of citizens through the management of social services and social and health services under the Law 8 November 1991, n. 381, art. 1, letter a).
The cooperative also aims to provide continuity of employment for members working and contributing to the improvement of their social, economic, professional, through the exercise in association of the social enterprise. To achieve this purpose, establish mutual members with the cooperative, in addition to the associative relationship, an additional mutualistic relationship work as an employee, or self-emplyment, or in any other form permitted by applicable law, including the relationship of joint venture .
The cooperative can also operate with non-members pursuant to art. 2521 of the Civil Code; workers engaged in the cooperative must still be mainly members. Members have the right and duty to participate as individual attitudes, the management of the Company, with reference to the technical functions, administrative, organizational and managerial.
The cooperative intends to pursue its objectives through the management of health and social services, social and educational services such as:
- Assistance, animation and management of Nursing homes, nursing homes, community housing and hospitality, therapeutic communities, day care centres, hospitals, day-hospital, including whether the administration of food and drink and carry out criminal activities;
In summary, the areas and sectors of intervention are as follows:
- Management of kindergartens, nursery schools,
- Centres and childcare services, Entertainment Centres;
- Home care and not to the elderly, to persons with disabilities, the sick and children, and any other person who needs assistance or rehabilitation in order to promote the exercise of activities that would otherwise be precluded;
- Transport and escorting the above mentioned persons both in Italy and abroad;
- Social and educational services for children; school and extra-school educational assistance, whether collective or individual;
- Service, entertainment and supervision of children and minors in colonies, leisure centres and community centres;
- Service at summer camps for the elderly;
- The design, implementation and evaluation of interventions for the promotion, training, counselling, prevention, and animation aimed at individuals and groups;
- The design, implementation and evaluation of interventions of information and guidance individual and group;
- The implementation of activities of study, research, documentation and promotion in education, social and cultural development;
- The design, implementation and evaluation of interventions of responsible tourism, trade and international cooperation;
- The creation of training courses in the social, health and social, health and education.

Nowadays, the total number of people involved as partners is about 350, plus a dozen people that are primarily managerial and administrative aspects.
