“Se Poate” Association believes that the youth can produce a change at the local and national levels. For this reason,
we support them in gaining new knowledge and gaining new skills. As the organization and its members grew and developed, our strategies and goals also developed. Supporting young people with fewer opportunities remains one of our main priorities, but we also look for ways to educate young people through involvement in volunteering projects, international youth exchanges, training sessions, extracurricular activities, information events, skills development activities, awareness of existing opportunities. These activities and projects aim to improve soft skills, increase active citizenship and promote employability.
By expanding Se Poate Association and our members, we have developed new strategies that allow us to better understand the needs of our beneficiaries and how to efficiently create the framework and context for them to explore, experiment, and learn by doing.
We aim to provide and promote equal opportunities for all young people no matter gender, social status, race, nationality, religion, belief, sexual orientation, etc.

Our objectives are:
∙ increasing/supporting social and professional insertion among young people;
∙ the development of active citizenship and civic competencies;
∙ the construction of a correct and sustainable attitude towards the environment;
∙ underlining the importance of a healthy lifestyle;
The organization is highly involved in working with youth, its members and volunteers being students and young people actively involved in their community life. We contribute to shaping a harmonious life perspective for young people through non-formal education and promoting a friendly approach to the issues of employability among young people through activities and projects on environmental protection. The main values that we promote are equal opportunities, active citizenship, team spirit, tolerance, respect, and care for the environment. Through these activities we determine and stimulate young people’s openness to volunteer their awareness and motivation on protecting nature and forming ecologically conscious behaviors, thus promoting responsible ecological and civic attitudes and behaviors.
Our target group is young people aged 16-30 years from Bucharest, Ilfov, and Prahova counties (South-East Romania). Regarding vulnerable groups and young people with fewer opportunities, we work directly with institutionalized young people and with youth from Bucharest and Ilfov County with remarkable results in education, but with a financially challenged background.
