Scouts of Andalucia

View

We believe that education is everything and that is why we work for a better, fairer and more supportive world, where caring for the environment, respect for human rights and understanding between people and peoples is a reality.

Mission

The mission of scouting is to contribute to the education of young people, through a value system based on the Promise and the Scout Law, to help create a better world where people can develop as individuals and play a constructive role in the society.

To achieve this mission, we consider it essential:

Educate in freedom, justice, solidarity and personal and community responsibility, within the framework of coexistence, respect and service.

Promote those spiritual values, inherent in the person, that help to overcome individualism and materialism, and favor the formation of their personality.

Awaken the critical and participatory spirit, respecting personal freedom and promoting healthy lifestyle habits, which allow analyzing the ideologies and options that society presents to later choose a life option.

Promote understanding and development in our society, promoting the care and defense of the environment and stimulating actions of cooperation and service to others.
