SCOP Zeste

Create, weave, embody. The arts, polytics and ecology. These are the three fields that our School of the Living wishes to
sow. At their intersection bushes what justifies our name: the living. A living thing that needs to be taken care of within us,
outside of us and through us, in all its forms and with all our strength. The courses offered throughout the year aim to counter
all that devitalizes us. And to awaken all the joys of being alive, in the midst of other living beings. Our pedagogy is betting
on the collective.
We want to share our agro-ecological practices, our understanding of the ecosystems surrounding us and its fragility facing
climate change and what tools can be used to protect this environment. Our collective is structured and united thanks to the
tools of Collective Intelligence and shared governance, which are essential to us for living well together and that we wish to
pass on to the new generation.
Our eco-place has a capacity of hosting forty people. Our cook and professional kitchen make it possible to transform
vegetables from the garden to feed participants with quality local products during a seminar. In the team we speak fluent
French, English, Spanish and German.
We have hosted many different workshops, seminars since the beginning of this adventure on various topics and targeting
diverse profiles. We are used to organise
With the help of the Erasmus+ program in 2023, we could broad our horizons and integrate new people from different
cultures and background into our school. Sharing this exceptional territory where we live as widely as we can, impacting
many lives across Europe.
The Erasmus+ program gives us the opportunity to create new links with other structures that share the same values, such
Permalab, which have already organized several seminars via the Erasmus+ program. We share the same belief that we
need to reseed the world with trees, to create a welcoming place for meeting and transmission of our knowledge and
techniques that are resilient to face of climate change.
