ROTA TEKNOLOJİ VE GENÇLİK DERNEĞİ

Rota Technology & Youth Association is a non-profit, non-governmental organisation based in Diyarbakır southeastern Türkiye founded to address the social, educational and developmental needs of young people in one of the country's most disadvantaged regions.

Our organisation operates at the intersection of technology non-formal education and youth empowerment. We design and implement projects targeting youth aged 13-30 with a particular focus on addiction prevention, digital literacy, environmental awareness and social inclusion. We work closely with local schools, public institutions and community networks to reach young people who face fewer opportunities.

To date we have successfully managed national-level grant projects funded by Turkish ministries gaining significant experience in project design, budget management, activity coordination and reporting. We are now actively expanding our work into European-funded programmes to bring international best practices and cross-cultural perspectives to our local youth work.

Our team consists of experienced youth workers, trainers and project managers committed to delivering high-quality non-formal and informal learning experiences. We believe in the transformative power of international mobility and cooperation to strengthen youth work at local, national and European levels.
