Vision and mission
Returnee Migrant Centre (RMC) is a national non-profit organisation in Ghana with the vision to be the world class migration centre for the socio-economic good of migrants through its mission to support effective management of migration development issues and implement sustainable migration policies.

Core values and strategy
Our core values are Dignity & respect, Dialogue, Solidarity, Inclusive & equality and Empowerment. Our strategies are:
• Gather reliable and accurate data for evidence-based management of migration for development and migration governance,
• Engage policymakers and would be agencies to make and implement effective reintegration policies
• In consultation with stakeholders, provide returnees, migrants and migration related victims with interventions that are sustainable.
• To identify and work with a pool of legal experts to provide legal support services to ensure migration takes place in a safe, orderly, regular and dignified manner.
