Res Publica aim to facilitate access to justice by providing pro bono services for different identity groups, categories and individuals in need, by promoting equality and justice for all.

According to our mission and objectives, we aim to undertake detailed projects and action plans, to provide free legal aid, in consideration of the individual’s economic, social and cultural conditions and according to the Albanian judicial system existing frame.

We strongly believe in the possibility to extend our legal actions and representation to the European Court of Human Rights judgement. This would represent a new possibility in pro bono and public interest matters. Pursuing justice in all possible levels and justice institutions that guarantee the protection of human rights, should positively influence the improvement of the judicial standards and also the successful accomplishment of the cases we represent.
