Relief Teenage and Marital Counselling Foundation is a Non-governmental organization established to create awareness and promote a preventive health culture in Uganda. It’s a non-religious, non-profit, non-political non-racial and non-denomination organization.
The organization deals in HIV counselling and testing, Hepatitis B sensitization, testing and immunization, youth entrepreneurship skills, promote health in schools, work places, media, and churches and promote marital stability in homes.

To prevent and reduce the incidence of HIV/aids among the youths and families as well.
To create awareness and prevention of Hepatitis ‘B’in communities.
To initiate cancer awareness among different age groups in communities.
To reduce the incidences of sexually transmitted infections and teenage pregnancies in schools and communities.
To reduce the incidence of drug and substance abuse, juvenile’s delinquency and youth involvement in crimes and other risk behaviours.
To initiate and implement projects to promote sustainable development in families.
TALENT AFRICA is a project that is meant to develop the talents of the rural boys and girls out of school between the age of 13 to 20 for a sustainable future.
This project will basically be meant to exchange European and Ugandan youth entrepreneurs in order to gain new project ideas and better ways of self employment
BOY UP project is meant to groom a vulnerable, rural boy to economically, morally, healthy shaped man through training, skilling and education of a boy child.
"She-Farm Life" project is a project meant to boost nutrition and economic standards of women living with HIV through livestock farming and vegetable growing.
This inter cultural music and drama among young people as an economic activity. Different cultural youth groups and nations to share music and drama talents.
RETMAC has a ready and willing team to host volunteers for international knowledge sharing from all parts of the world.
