Rainbow Innovative Youth Team

Rainbow Innovative Youth Team (RAINYOTEAM) is a non-profit organization (youth group-team) that was founded in June 2020. It was created to help individuals increase their knowledge and skills from all walks of life. Our team has composed of 10 youth leaders specialized in different fields and branches and 20 youth.

Our vision is to create a strong network between people and to take compassion into action to inspire, motivate and promote any humanitarian activity (civil society). It is a bridge of people who combine and unite the diversity and beauty of Europe in order to reduce racism, prejudice, gender discrimination, and the disadvantage of people.

Our general target group is people aged 18-70, but we focus on everyone who needs help and support. We want to contribute to the development of civil society, youth work and promotion.

The objectives and activities of the team are:
- To creat bridges between countries and to contribute better to Europe. In order to contribute to this aim, we are preparing European projects on different topics such as environment, climate change, ecology, active entrepreneurship, cultural diversity, integration, the participation of disadvantaged people, women, music, informatics, sustainable agriculture, sustainable tourism, new types of sports, gender equality, creativity, etc.

- To organize educational activities such as courses, seminars, conferences and panels,

- To prepare all kinds of EU and local projects in cooperation with the local community and other institutions and organizations that will be beneficial for the local region,

- To prepare and implement all kinds of social, educational, cultural and professional projects and activities with the active participation of individuals of all ages and to cooperate with other institutions and organizations in these fields,

- To promote the promotion of civil society values;

Our members are interested in various sectors such as biology, environment, social and cultural promotion, tourism, agriculture, architecture, construction, mathematics, pedagogy, art, computer science, music, theater, and designer, etc.

Strengths of the organization:
- Existence of youth leaders specialized in different fields and branches.
- The location is Bolu, Türkiye, the heart of nature.
- The presence of members with different cultures and traditions working together.
- Existence of friends working together from different countries.

The organization is closely connected and collaborates with various public and private bodies at the national and international levels, including municipalities, universities, higher education schools, etc.

As an organization created by different ideas, it always tends to improve the quality of life of all people.
