Its headquarters are in Frattamaggiore in the province of Naples (ITALY) and it now has more than 32 offices in Italy with over 30 employees, each of whom is involved in different areas of the company:
1. Vocational training courses aimed at qualifying or retraining workers, who are supported in the orientation and skills assessment phases and then work with them to design a personalised training plan;
2. Matching supply and demand and providing employment support, including for young
students at risk of dropping out of school, thanks to partnerships with many secondary schools;
3. Consultancy for companies on business organisation, career development and
outplacement, including through the optimisation of support programmes for workers and businesses.
Qualifica Group has developed its own model for combating early school leaving, which starts with
active listening to vulnerable and at-risk pupils. It is based on the creation of an individualised,
personalised model that takes into account the needs of the labour market in order to offer immediate
solutions and job opportunities, including with the help of dual apprenticeship measures, and
supports young people through the reskilling and upskilling phases.
This model has been perfected thanks to approximately 200,000 hours of mentoring and guidance provided to 13,000 pupils in Italian schools thanks to the measures provided for in the
PNRRR (National Recovery and Resilience Plan).
Qualifica Group draws on the expertise of training designers with extensive experience in
local, national and EU programmes. Its staff includes psychologists and sociologists who
have long been involved in addressing the phenomenon of early school leaving and who
specialise in the study and creation of educational communities.
Qualifica Group also employs IT specialists and professional journalists with the aim of developing awareness-raising initiatives and disseminating project activities, with a particular focus on social issues.
