QSR is a strategy consulting Portuguese SME developing high-end solutions within human capital and specialized in industries with high technological intensity including Aerospace & Defense, Maritime and Energy. QSR actively participates in R&D projects in close collaboration with all partners in the value chain - academia, technological centers, companies, industry, clusters and associations, society, public authorities - being partner of several R&D projects, working with over 30 entities from 15 countries, participating in the following activities:
• Desk Research;
• Quantitative and qualitative research methods;
• Design of training content within the scope of human factors;
• Implementation of training (VET; LLL; Adult Learning) within the scope of human factors;
• Training assessment;
• Factors and human capital activities.

QSR is also associate member of AED Portugal - Portuguese Cluster for the Aeronautics, Space and Defense industries, which aims to consolidate Portugal's position as an international reference in the global markets of these sectors; and of Portuguese Ocean Cluster Forum, which aims to enhance the Sea and its resources, to generate value and to create qualified jobs, contributing to the strengthening of Portugal's position in the global economy. At the international level, QSR is an active member of the partnership recently created and promoted by the European Commission - Pact for Skills to maximize the impact of investment in improving existing skills (requalification) and training in new ones (requalification); and EACP - European Aerospace Cluster Partnership, being co-leader of the working group skills.
