Pursaklar Borsa İstanbul Vocational High School was opened in 2003-2004 Academic year. It is located in Pursaklar/Ankara, the capital of Turkey. It has the Field of Information Technology, the Field of Electrical and Electronic Technology, the Field of Metal Technology, the Department of Wood Technology . All classrooms and labs are equipped with"smart board system".(This system can be controlled remotely and the pupils can attend the lesson in their desks via electronic environment). Internet access is available and pupils have spacious recreation areas on each floor. Our school was also awarded the White Flag and a certificate in 2008-2009 school academic year by the Ministry of Health and The Ministry of Education.There are 1038 students, and 92 teachers in our school. Our school is in the district of Ankara , the capital of Turkey.The district takes a lot of migrants from other districts of Ankara, so our pupils come from different areas, they have different points of views. Our high school is a melting box for all students of this width area. As our district doesn't have any cinemas, galleries, pupils lack of social activities and don't have the oppurtunity to spend their free time efficiently. Our School applied LIFELONG LEARNING PROGRAMME Leonardo da Vinci Call: 2013 Partnerships and had a grant as being the coordinator school so it monitored the project regularly and ensured that the project activities we are being carried out successfully.
