This Erasmus+ KA122-SCH project aims to strengthen the pedagogical capacity of teachers at Igdir Anatolian High School through cultural heritage-based learning approaches. Located in a socio-economically and geographically disadvantaged region, the school seeks to transform local cultural heritage into a meaningful and inclusive learning resource for all students.
Through teacher mobility activities such as job shadowing and structured courses, participants will explore innovative, student-centred and interdisciplinary teaching practices used in European schools. The acquired knowledge and skills will be integrated into subjects such as history, literature, foreign languages, social sciences and arts.
The project focuses on inclusion, equal access to learning opportunities, digital education and active European cooperation. By embedding cultural heritage into regular teaching practices, the project aims to increase student motivation, strengthen school belonging and ensure sustainable institutional development.
