Public organization"'Belarusian republican youth union"

The subject of the BRYU is the support youth initiatives in the sphere of patriotic and cultural education, promotion of healthy lifestyle.
One of the methods is to promote international cooperation through the exchange of youth delegations from other countries in order to establish friendly relations between young people in different countries.
To become a member of the BRYU a person should satisfy certain criteria: be a citizen of the Republic of Belarus at the age of 14 and till 31 who recognizes the Charter of the BRYU.
Among the perspective activities are:
-support of talented youth, realization of civil-patriotic and cultural projects;
-support and development of innovation and research activities;
-volunteer movement "Tender Heart";
-development of international youth cooperation;
-to promote initiatives aimed at intellectual, spiritual-and physical development of youth as well as to create favorable; entrepreneurial environment
Our principles: voluntariness, self management, solidarity, responsibility, communicability, kindness, high level of motivation.
One of the major activities within the organization is the volunteer movement.
We do:
-social volunteering with seriously ill children, people trapped in difficult circumstances;
-sport voluntarism - assist in the organization and conduct of major sporting and public event;
-environmental and labor volunteering (landscaping, cleaning of water bodies (river, lakes, forested areas), tree planting, etc.
-promoting environmental education of citizens and the organizations to protect;
-restoration of monuments of culture and architecture in Belarus.

We unite more than 30 000 volunteers in 1 000 volunteer groups.
For the participants is preferably to have experience of volunteering in one of the spheres mentioned above.
To have an opportunity to communicate in Russian or English is obligatory.
