We have developed a complementary set of services which work well together in the fields of social care, education and regional development. We envision these services as interdependent parts which can complement not rival traditional state operated services. Out of this ethos of cooperation, not competition, emerges a wealth of added value.

Our drop-in centre and outreach programme specialise in drug addiction but are also able to assist the socially disadvantaged, the homeless and those who are prone to high-risk behaviour as well as anyone affected by these issues. These traditionally divided services have been integrated to optimise the benefit to the local community.

The most interesting club of our three Youth Clubs is our Mobile ClubBus. It´s bringing together stakeholders from the corporate world, politics and members of the community, our ClubBus is an innovative response to the problem of bringing social services to isolated and distributed communities without having to find appropriate locations. We can offer a range of services anywhere and anytime, bringing a special space to the socially disadvantaged. As an attractive and fun place our ClubBus also acts as a bridge between our innovative approach to social services and the more traditional offerings of the state.

We supply primary prevention programs in primary schools in Central and East Bohemia region (target groups: pupils of primary schools, age 8 – 15 years, their teachers and parents, methodists of prevention in primary schools).

Our outdoor nursery offering outstanding care and an unrivalled quality of education to the parents of Kutna Hora and the surrounding area. This one-of-a-kind nursery promotes a healthy and active lifestyle, grounds learning in real, easy to understand practical activities and helps children get in touch with nature. Our nursery promotes best practice in the child care and educational sector by leading the way in work friendly opening hours, affordable costs and promoting the link between a healthy body and a healthy mind.

Our social trade initiative is a response to a failing of the traditional approach to back to work schemes. The state employment office is focused on getting people into full-time permanent employment, but the labour pool and labour market need flexible, reliable and affordable workers who, nonetheless, can expect a living wage. To fill this gap in the market our initiative aims to get people off the dole and progress them through a structured and supportive back-to-work scheme while at the same time supplying the labour market with what it demands.

Our Better Place website and companion app provides a bridge between the town hall, local people and 3rd party service providers. You can easily input your suggestions on the website, or in the Better Place app. Just take a picture of the problem, describe it briefly and add it as a new suggestion. You do not lose time by going to the authorities or filling in forms because Better Place will take care of the rest. Suggestion can be put online to an appropriate official, who will then take steps to sort it out. We have worked hard to integrate our platform with the local town hall and 3rd party service suppliers and can offer a complete service package to set up and integrate our platform in your area.
