PROGEM is a non-governmental organization established in 2016 that supports, organizes and implements projects in the fields of youth related sports, education and culture.
The field of activities of the organization has to do with the designation and implementation of the projects in national and international level.
We work mainly with young people, but also with youth workers, trainers and organizations active in non-formal education field and lifelong learning. Our members have participated and organized different youth exchanges, seminars and training courses concerning equality, fight against racism & xenophobia, human rights, mobility and migration, environment protection, healthy lifestyle, no hate speech movement, refugees and other issues. Our volunteers gather every month to take up new ideas and think how to put them into practice. We sincerely believe that young people today can make a difference and we all work for this purpose.

PROGEM has a lot of expertise in youth work and we always tried to improve our skills in this field as it would. PROGEM promotes intercultural and intergenerational dialogue and encourage to the full youths to take advantage of all possible international activities. It is PROGEM founding duty to do all it can to provide equal opportunities for all its members and volunteers and to assure a gender based balance in the activities they are involved in. PROGEM is always interested in all the opportunities which help with the development of the youngsters in the nowadays society and try each time to provide our young volunteers the best experiences, training courses, seminars because all these high level quality projects improve their personal skills and competences.
