PROFAT

Profat is a public non profit institution working to inspire and educate young people to experience free enterprise, understand business and economics, and develop entrepreneurial and leadership skills in order to increase the quality of their social life by preparing tools based on programs integrating more active and relevant formal and non-formal learning methods for better understanding of business and economics; building an international network of organisations and associations dealing with entrepreneurship issues; organising trainings, seminars, workshops and conferences aimed at developing the entrepreneurship skills of the youth.
Profat arranges an annual competition among young Lithuanian business management students. The annual competition provides inspiration for individuals and teams to develop their entrepreneurial skills by analyzing practical business cases in cooperation with the mayor Lithuanian companies. It is a prestigious program which selects and awards young leaders.
