Porsena OU

Porsena OÜ is an Estonian project development, applied research and digital delivery company. We support European cooperation projects that improve quality of life through education, innovation, evidence-based decisions and sustainability.

We help consortia turn complex requirements into clear work plans, structured evidence, useful outputs and dependable delivery. When a project requires sector knowledge, local access or advanced technical expertise, we work with suitable specialist partners.

*What we contribute

- Project design and coordination

We structure objectives, work packages, tasks, schedules, responsibilities, budgets, quality controls, risks and reporting processes. We support clear coordination from proposal development to final delivery.

- Applied research and evidence

We support research design, desk research, literature and data review, evidence synthesis, documentation and report preparation. Surveys, interviews and field research can be delivered with specialist partners and local networks.

- Data and analytical workflows

We structure data collection, quality checks, model review, validation, interpretation and reporting. For advanced modelling or specialist analysis, we integrate qualified experts into the project team.

- Digital products and systems

We create websites, landing pages, project platforms, digital toolkits, structured data workflows and online dissemination resources.

- Reports, learning materials and practical outputs

We produce reports, methodological documents, frameworks, training plans, workshop materials, facilitation packs, templates and other implementation resources.

- Specialist and partner integration

We bring together researchers, technical specialists, educators, organisations and sector experts. We define their tasks and combine their contributions into consistent project outputs.

- Sustainability and social impact

We support projects related to sustainable practices, environmental development, education, employment and skills, participation, digital innovation and community-level implementation.
