Support family with Huntington Disease, (neurological rear disease) the rehabilitative approach to HD management is aimed to care, maintain and improve the quality of life for the affected individual and the family through appropriate interventions to assist people with HD to maintain independence, functional capacity and participation in family, work, leisure and community activities as long as possible. Help for family, care, education (how to work with patients with HD, how to be talk with children and youth adults at risk about HD, regular family meetings, international conference, publication, translation, information for family and professionals, what to do best for patients with rear disease. Voluntary work, sociologist, rehabilitation, care. The Polish Association is member of European and International HD Association. Partner for Rear Disease Association and projects for health and education for better knowledge about HD.
