Polish National Youth Council

The Polish Council of Youth Organizations (PROM) is a collaborative forum of non-governmental organisations whose members are young people living in Poland. We serve as the National Youth Council representing Polish youth within the European Union.

PROM acts as the National Youth Council at the European Youth Forum. Our mission includes promoting youth participation in public life, raising public awareness about the state of youth policy in Poland, and representing our member organisations. Most importantly, we are committed to advocating for a coherent and modern youth policy in Poland. That is why today, we aim to be the voice of young Poles in the debate about their rights, opportunities, and future.

PROM brings together over a quarter of a million young people through its member organisations, which operate at national, regional, and local levels. We are the official representative of Polish youth at the EU Youth Conferences.
