POLISH MENTORING INSTITUTE

The Foundation Polish Mentoring Institute (PIM) is newly established (2015) non-profit organization working to promote intercultural skills, global leadership and mentoring culture.
Being a young foundation nevertheless we have a broad experience in working in NGO projects. We have been worked as member of SIETAR Poland in organizational committee of congresses in Poland and other educational initiatives.

Our Foundation provides educational programs on mentoring competencies in commercial, public and non-profit organizations.

We can deliver following trainings (in English):

• Certified by Association for Coaching (AC) course “Competences of Coach and Mentor” in English.
The course is intended for everybody supporting people in development, managing projects or an organization.

• Intercultural workshops with aim to raise the intercultural sensitiveness and understanding different cultures.
The subject of the workshop varies from cultural awareness and discrimination to navigation how to work and live in different cultures.

• Certified course of “Transforming Communication” promoting non-violent communication and conflict resolution based on dr. Richard Bolstad program.

We welcome being a partnering organization in project in subject of intercultural competencies, global leadership and antidiscrimination.
