Polaris Youth Pathfinder Association

Polaris Youth Pathfinder Association is a newly established, youth-led non-profit organisation based in Belgrade, Serbia. Founded by three young people, it aims to make learning, international mobility and community participation more accessible to young people.

Our team combines backgrounds in IT and management with personal experience in Erasmus+ mobility projects, student organisations, volunteering, programming and robotics education, and organising youth activities. We created Polaris to build on these experiences and give more young people opportunities to learn, connect and turn their ideas into action.

Our main areas of interest include:
• Digital literacy, AI literacy and responsible use of technology
• Youth participation, active citizenship and media literacy
• Employability, practical skills and entrepreneurship
• Intercultural learning, inclusion and international cooperation
• Volunteering, environmental awareness and community engagement
• Youth well-being and personal development

As students involved in youth and educational activities, we want to involve young people directly in identifying their needs and shaping our projects. We aim to develop practical workshops, peer-learning activities and international exchanges, with particular attention to barriers that prevent young people from accessing these opportunities.

We are looking for partners for Erasmus+ Youth Exchanges and Mobility of Youth Workers projects, as well as longer-term cooperation. We are keen to contribute to project development, participant preparation, digital communication and local follow-up activities, while learning from other organisations.
