O.s Point is non-governmental, non-profit, interest and educational organization which has focused on the leisure and informal youth activities since 2008.

Main goal of this organization is to educate youths and establish their skills for their future asserting in the labour market.

Goals:
Offering new patterns:
to involve young people in educational youth programs in which they acquire the skills needed to obtain a new work and which increase their value on the labour market. We carried out and we cooperated on numbers of youth exchanges and trainings, mainly supported by European Union. Every year we send dozens of young people abroad for youth events, educational seminars and conferences.

Active people organized by themselves:
We help to young people to create and realize their own projects intended for other young people, leading to the improvement of the situation in their homes and the environment which they live in. During the realization of the project, the young people learn the skills that are important for their future work engagement. These skills are the effective time and activity management, interpersonal skills, project management, a focus on the outcomes, problem solving and responsibility for the consequences of their own actions. The acquired skills are valuable for their active involvement in the community and to gain a clearer picture of their further educational career.

Volunteering as an important value:
We improve the image of volunteering as an added value for a better involvement of young people in the labour market. We try to make young people began to understand volunteering as a starting point in case of failure in the formal education, as an opportunity to obtain valuable experiences, which can enrich their professional career, improve their employability or make the transition from school to the employment and adult life easier. They should start to perceive the volunteer experience as a value equal to the value of the traditional experience and they should know how to properly "sell" the experience.

Cooperation and learning from each other:
We establish cooperation and partnerships with municipalities, local authorities, the voluntary and business sector, active citizens and other subjects which participate on the public sphere. We engage the young people themselves into this process. In context of international cooperation we search an innovative tools to solve problems of target groups test them and evaluate their applicability in our environment.
