PLATAFORMA EDUCATIVA (Educational Platform)

Plataforma Educativa (Educational Platform) is a consortium of 10 nonprofit organizations with a strong sense of team and individual values to maximize the benefits of innovating and working together.

Plataforma Educativa is active since 1994 and employs almost 500 professionals. It aims at
improve the quality of life of individuals and groups at risk or in situation of social exclusion through the design and implementation of social policies, programs, services and projects in partnership with the public and private sectors.

Plataforma Educativa provides services in the following fields:

• Vulnerable children and young people
• Foster family care promotion
• Support for families
• People with disabilities
• Employment and employability of people at risk or in situations of social exclusion
• International cooperation for development
• support services for organizations and professionals
• promotion of volunteerism and civic participation
• Fundraising activities
• Trainig
• Advice to companies on Social Corporate Responsibility (SCR)
• Conflict resolution

Plataforma Educativa brings together the following organizations:

1. Resilis Foundation, develops projects and programmes for the comprehensive care of youngsters and children in situations of social risk or those likely to suffer it.

2. Astres Foundation, develops projects, programmes and services for the comprehensive care of intellectually disabled people to improve their independence.

3. Infància i Família (Children and Family) Foundation aims to ensure the right of children to have a family and a home where to grow, either their own or other, in foster care or adoption.

4. Gentis Foundation works towards social inclusion through formal and non formal trainings, labour intermediation, counselling, mediation.

5.Utopia Foundation promotes creativity and innovation as axis for international cooperation development and poverty reduction in Countries like Morocco, Senegal and Guatemala

6. El 7 d'Astres Foundation offers services and job placement for people with intellectual disabilities.

7. Eina Activa (Active Tool) Insertion Company SL offers various economic activities in the market for goods and services, in order to promote integration and occupational training of persons at risk of social exclusion.

8.Acciona't Association promotes participation and volunteering in social initiatives and development projects.

9. Idària is a cooperative of associated work and job integration linked to the green and circular economy

10. The Acció Social Infància Foundation (FASI) is an organization focussed on the field of family intervention, innovative projects in the care of at-risk children in Catalonia
