People Tapestry designs the human and relational infrastructure that helps knowledge, experience and opportunity move between people and generations.
We work across community architecture, mentoring ecosystems, intergenerational learning, non-formal education and participatory programme design. Our aim is to create environments where people do not simply participate, but build meaningful relationships, learn from one another and contribute to something together.
Our work can take the form of reciprocal and intergenerational mentoring programmes, cross-generational learning labs, facilitated dialogue and reflection spaces, community-building journeys, skills and experience exchanges, and human connection systems that strengthen belonging, trust and collective learning.
Our practice is grounded in real-world experience. BirlikteBir.İz, our intergenerational mentoring and solidarity community, has engaged around 2,000 participants, created more than 1,000 mentor–mentee matches and generated thousands of hours of peer support and solidarity. We have also designed youth engagement and learning programmes reaching around 1,000 young people and developed community programmes with organisations across the social impact and private sectors.
We are particularly interested in European collaborations exploring intergenerational learning, mentoring, youth participation, belonging and social cohesion, community building, knowledge and experience exchange, non-formal learning, collective intelligence and social imagination.
We are open to contributing to international projects as programme designers, community and mentoring experts, facilitators and learning partners, and to co-creating new programmes with organisations across Europe.
