Payam Youth Association

Payam Youth Association is a dynamic, non-profit youth organization based in İzmir, Türkiye. Established by a team of motivated young people, we act as a bridge between local youth and global opportunities, aiming to support their personal, social, and educational development through non-formal education and international cooperation.

Our Vision & Focus: We are deeply committed to the future of our planet and our youth. While our core pillars are social inclusion, active citizenship, and intercultural dialogue, we are passionately dedicated to sustainability, environmental awareness, and nature protection. We strive to create inclusive spaces where young people can not only develop key competences like leadership and critical thinking but also become eco-conscious citizens.

Adaptable & Eager: We are highly motivated to create and participate in projects covering a wide range of topics under Erasmus+ KA152 (Youth Exchanges) and KA153 (Training Courses). Whether it is digital skills, mental health, entrepreneurship, or green skills; if it matters to young people, it matters to us!

Experienced Leadership: Although Payam Youth is a fresh organization, our team brings solid field experience. Our President and Vice-President have personally participated in more than 10 Erasmus+ projects and have completed Erasmus Higher Education (Study) mobilities. This background ensures that we understand the project cycle, partner responsibilities, and the spirit of Erasmus+ perfectly.
