Vision of Organization;
"The organization is oriented towards the maximum and free development of each individual, with an emphasis on young people, in accordance with their psychological and physical abilities, and in accordance with the requirements of the Society”.
Mission:
Strengthen co-operation between local and national actors in the development of young people in Kosovo through advocacy, lobbying and accountability for the protection and promotion of their rights;
Offering equal opportunities for young people of all ethnicities, religions and other diversity;
Contributing to the growth and formation of youth through various education programs for sport, recreation, arguing, empowerment and economic development.
Specific objectives:
1. "Promotion and monitoring of local plans, national strategies, action plans and standards relating to the protection of youth in Kosovo"
2. "Strengthening the cooperation between local and national stakeholders in development of youth in Kosovo and the development of a sustainable program for young people"
3. "Strengthening the capacities of youth organizations, informal and formal youth groups aiming in representing the interests of the youth through advocacy, lobbying and awareness for the protection and promotion of their rights"
