About us –
Beginnings -

NGO for development of Civil Society - Orange Concept- officially registered in the Republic of Macedonia, 01.12.2011 year.
Our goal is to give contribution for development of the communication as a basic for understanding among all the citizenry, especially between the youth.

Areas of action -
Contribution to the representation and familiarity with various national arts and cultural traditions in the country.
Promoting artists before the national audience.
Inerkultural merger between local artists and on the one hand with artists from abroad on the other.
Tracking the current trends and development trends in multicultural world. Speaking of these trends, we can not close our eyes to the process of globalization. (Globalization is a term that expresses new features and desires of the modern world. Our idea is to contribute for the growth of the mutual relationship between nations and people. This process is reflected in all areas of society: the economy, politics, culture, communication etc.. Goal is ,, spreading only society (institutions, market values). Simultaneously, globalization reveals the problems that transcend national boundaries and become a worldwide concern. Some of these problems are: demographic growth, exploitation of nature, poverty, crime, etc.. huge changes in the way of production, cultural needs, communications and so on. All this caused an unequal distribution of power and influence in the world. It lead to some states, economic and political organizations and individuals, but it also creates poverty, injustice and violence.
Today in World 2/3 of humanity lives in poor societies, indebtedness and social conflicts.

Promoting intercultural dialogue and cooperation as a prerequisite for modern living.
Enriching the activities that city has to offer, and at the same time attracting tourists from neighboring countries and the wider region.
Encourage and support the exchange of artists.
Getting closer to the citizens in order to offer free and quality programs.
Contribute to the future successful positioning of multiculturalism in the country.
Facilitate the daily life of the various vulnerable groups.
Positioning the sites of Macedonia. the world map of cultural heritage.
Improving services to local government.
Raising awareness of the criteria for quality of life, especially among younger generations.
Certification and presenting personal qualities of the individual through volunteering commitments, and for contributions to the development of civil society.

Past activities -

1. OC has certificate from National Capacity building EU program, organized by Technical Assistance for Civil Society Organisations-Macedonian Office. We have certificates for:
• Resource mobilization for CSOs
• Project Management for CSOs
• Advocasy and Lobbying for CSOs

2. OC has practical experience of working in communities Forums program, funded by the Swiss government, where our President and skills gained status when applying the moderator of this program in the municipality of Gazi Baba.
- Through community forums, community defines two to three topics on the basis of assessment (development) areas that most need to be addressed and create difficulties in the daily lives of citizens.
The choice of topics should be made based on a participatory process involving both women and men, and ethnic minorities. Also, they should encourage differing opinions to address them.

3. In collaboration with the charity El-Hilal of RM, the 25.04.2012g. realized a significant event, their great-Jubilee, 20 years exist for you. The presence of a large number of invited guests -400 were most marked in charity El - Hilal and their humanitarian mission in the daily struggle with poverty, and helping those in need. Medals were awarded for long-term cooperation of their friends and supporters. This is our first step and personal example of how the modern society to raise awareness of the individual and strengthens social responsibility.

Meanwhile we are developing other projects that will be forwarded to the public in a timely manner.
We work with other NGOs, attend workshops and training, upgrade our capacity, our skills and knowledge.

Our mission and vision -

• Active participation of youth:
Promoting personal, social and educational development of young people;
Enabeling youth to explore and develop their own values through the introduction of others;
Enabeling young people to develop awareness of their identity through the perception of others, (Development I - who am I?, Always compared to he, she, they. Took root in the cultural identity of a community begins in childhood.)
Giving young people the opportunity to organize and slowly to take responsibility for actions, events and projects;
Working with young peop for development of program activities.
• Development of interethnic communication as the basis for a stable civil society and creating generations of cosmopolitan worldview
• Development of communications as a basis for tolerance of different age, gender and ethnic groups
• Improving education and the opportunity to acquire new skills and to ensure equality vulnerable in society
• Affirmation of historical heritage and contemporary cultural achievements
• Projects for contemporary management of local government and encourage their cooperation with the project partners and relevant institutions of Europe and the world
• Environmental education between younger generation, raising the health standard and quality of life
