NEC's core activities span four interconnected domains. In digital education and e-learning, NEC develops and delivers structured online learning programs using gamification, microlearning, and adaptive learning pathways to build 21st-century competencies among youth facing employment barriers.

In career guidance and employability support, NEC provides targeted counseling, skills assessment, and career exploration services for young people aged 18–30, with a particular focus on NEET youth and those from marginalized backgrounds, including rural communities, economically disadvantaged households, and youth with disabilities.

In youth participation and civic engagement, NEC designs programs that foster active citizenship, entrepreneurial thinking, and democratic participation, connecting young people with civic organizations, entrepreneurs, and public institutions through collaborative networks.

In international project implementation, NEC participates in EU-funded initiatives, building institutional capacity for transnational cooperation and knowledge exchange.
