GENERAL PRESENTATION

We are Notorious Learning Projects Association , an NGO from Romania, Cluj-Napoca city, founded in 2018 in March by a group of enthusiastic mothers with young children, always looking for educational events, self development courses, that we actively participated, promoted among other communities ,or helped organizing.

Over the years we participated actively in projects and events on a large area in many different cultures and countries as Austria, Italy, USA, Moldova, Ukraine, Japan and others.

As 3 of our founders lived for a long period of time abroad of Romania we found many challenges at the return to own culture and country. But also found that all we learned from experiencing another cultures is valuable and started being involved in expat groups in our city.
Our team members speak English, Arabic, Greek, Italian, Japanese so we truly understand the benefits from learning from another cultures.
We are united also by the pleasure in being naturally ready in helping others but also learn from diversity and interactions.

The main activities of our organization have been and remain in 3 major directions
1. Education
2. Care and Aid.
3. Integration.

The first two major and general directions were the basis for the founding of our NGO.

In education we have practical workshops on art or culture from other countries, sports events, education for recycling and nature protection or education about addictions and drugs, etc.
In Care and Volunteering we work for the most disadvantaged people in society or for the elderly.

But after the start of the war in Ukraine, we started in addition to these many actions, some projects for aid and integration for quick and concrete timely help.
So for the last 3 years our main focus remains helping refugees from Ukraine in all areas of life that means getting settled in Romania or abroad.
With a big center for refugees known as Dobra Hata in Cluj we managed to offer help to over 3000 people of all ages.

We do not have yet experience in Erasmus projects, therefore please ask us to be your partners first, so we can learn from the pros.
We strongly believe that only together we can keep a sane and safe Europe for our families and communities, find better ways to integrate those in need and be strong.

Our Team has energy, love for helping people, deep understanding for learning and endless curiosity.
