NewPa

We are Newpa, a project born from the search for an educational alternative based on transmitting the importance of environmental values and awareness through linguistic immersion experiences.

We believe that education is the basis of all change. As such, we help raise awareness of the environment through experiential learning. This provides a base for children and adults to generate an emotional bond with the natural environment. English is used as a vehicular language in all our programs. This promotes the practice of a second language on a first hand basis.

Our programs steer away from the typical multi adventure camps. Instead, we create fun, dynamic and engaging activities with minimal resources.

We work towards providing fair prices for customers. Quality education programs in English are generally not accessible to the lower socio-economic population. We aim to bridge this gap by reducing our costs and seeking sponsors and grants.

So far, our educators have mostly been local Spanish educators. We aim to open our doors to foreign educators to experience and learn our methodology. Through this, we hope to provide the tools and resources that would help educators spread the seeds of 'Econscience'.
