Nermin Mehmet Çekiç Anatolian High School

Our school is located in Ankara, the capital city of Turkey, which is famous for its historical and cultural richness. The city offers easy access to every part of Turkey, providing our students with great opportunities. Continuously improving its service quality to meet the needs of the 21st century, our school aims to educate students who are contemporary, open to change, and capable of adapting to innovation. Our goal is not only to prepare them for school but also to prepare them for life. We aim to equip our students with knowledge and skills that meet global standards, help them learn how to learn, and encourage them to reflect technological developments in their lives and question those advancements. Thanks to our high-quality education, our students get admitted to the most prestigious universities in Turkey, and many of them rank in the top 5,000 in the national university entrance exams. Renowned universities, such as METU (Middle East Technical University), have sent several thank-you letters to our school for its academic success. Additionally, our students excel in various sports on a national level, and our school orchestra, theater group, and photography club are also highly successful. The stories written by our students have been compiled into a book titled "Young People Write As Well." In our traditional annual festivals, famous artists such as Teoman, Manga, and global star Inna have performed. Through our technology and IT projects, we participated in Technofest, one of Turkey’s most prestigious events. Moreover, a group of world-renowned experts from Eskişehir Technical University has supported our projects, and we have organized Arduino and Coding courses at our school. With our Erasmus projects, we also demonstrate our commitment to educating students who are open to innovation and capable of adapting to change. Through these projects, our students gain international experience by interacting with different cultures. Our school provides an environment where students feel happy and safe, fostering a sense of trust and mutual support.
