Our Vision:

An Empowered Palestinian Society, enjoying psychosocial welfare, psychological health and social justice.

Our Mission:

Nafs institution is a Humanitarian Palestinian institution based in Ramallah, a pioneer institution contributes to create capable people to adapt to reality according to Human rights and humanitarian international and Palestinian resolutions.

Goals:

Help and rehabilitate the Palestinian society members through empowering psychologically and socially and legally in order to achieve the psychosocial welfare.
Participate in decreasing the psychological problems for the marginalized groups (Women, Children, Youth and special needs) which resulted from poverty, unemployment, abuse and discrimination

Target Groups:
mostly we target and help to develop women, young people, university students, and service providers in educational, health, and social, and community based organizations such youth clubs and women centers

Activities:
1. We provide training courses and many workshops for university graduates, coaching career, leadership, work in team, individual and group counseling, ethics, intervention in crisis time, psychological pressure, children rights, tolerance and non-violence, also AIDS and drugs.
2. We implement an individual counseling sessions for many cases (children, women, youths and couples).
3. We participate in many local and Arabic conferences about violence and family and children protection.
4. We organize workshops about AIDS for women and youth in Nablus, Tulkarem, Ramallah, Hebron and Jenin ..
5. We conduct workshops for 200 Mosque Imams about sexually transmitted diseases and communication in Nablus, Hebron and Tulkarem.
6. We organize workshops and training courses about psychological pressure (each course 3 days for 15 hours) for Ministry of Education, Ministry of Social Affairs and Children and Protection Officers.
7. We hold Arab Spring Conference and Youth Mental Health in Ramallah with 117 Youth and Many Associations in West Bank, cooperated with UNRWA.
8. We participated with youth camps in Beirut, cooperated with Lebanon Brothers Association
9. We train youth on Human Rights and tolerance through short term projects
