MTÜ SpeakNow

MTÜ SpeakNow is a non-governmental organization whose main objective is to guide young people to become more active citizens through non-formal learning. We were founded in 2012 when we saw a need for offering more young Estonians the opportunity to take part in various youth projects and/or to be involved in decision-making processes. We are primarily active in the field of youth employment and the involvement of young people in politics. For that, we have organized youth exchanges in Estonia and have prepared many Estonians to take part in youth exchanges organized in co-operation with our partners across Europe. It is our main goal to promote events initiated by young people in order to encourage the youth to take more control in changing the policies and their surroundings.
We have previously worked with several European organizations and thus are familiar with the process of youth projects and how to have an efficient communication between partner organizations. We are looking forward to get involved in the project and work together with the other organizations in order to come up with a well-structured and stimulating project. SpeakNow has got previous project organization experience and can share a lot of ideas about the preparation leading up to the project.
We have been mainly working with projects involving youth politics and are thus very much looking forward to discussing these issues with other partners.
