MTÜ Noorteaeg

MTÜ Noorteaeg is a youth-led non-profit organisation based in Ida-Viru County, Estonia. Founded and managed by young people, we focus on empowering local youth through practical learning, active participation and real project experience. Our team creates events, trainings, cultural activities, educational trips and environmental initiatives that involve schools, families and communities.

We provide young people with opportunities to gain organisational skills, take responsibility and work in real project teams. In 2024–2025 our organisation successfully implemented multiple community events, youth activities and educational programmes, collaborating with municipalities, schools, NGOs and local companies.

We are actively developing international cooperation and are open to partnerships in Erasmus+ Youth, ESC, exchanges, study visits, training courses and community projects. Our priorities include youth participation, non-formal learning, community development, intercultural dialogue, digital skills and environmental awareness.
