Youth Society Bakheros is a youth NGO, established in 1995, managed by a team of (volunteer) youth workers. The association promotes active participation among young people. Through organising different kinds of events, based on non-formal way of education, we popularise voluntary work, cultural and intercultural awareness, intergenerational dialogue, environmental protection, creating initiatives in local society and also on European level. Our goal is to decrease youth unemployment, improve their employability skills and make them more active in local and European society. We support and encourage young people to take part in international mobility programs, for example Erasmus+.
