Mladi i Talentovani-MiT

MiT (Young and talented) was established 2012 by five young but well experienced youth workers.Motives for setting up MiT were in the first place strengthening skills of youth and opening their minds and horizons through providing them with opportunities for getting actively involved in developing of their own community.

MiT’s strategy and activities are based upon the affirmation of young people, supporting youth initiatives and projects, promoting healthy life styles, creating conditions for economic empowerment of young people, informal education, promotion of values of respect regarding human rights, equality and tolerance, as well as promotion of volunterism. MiT is an organization well connected in terms of local and national networks. We cooperate continuously with Youth office of Municipality of Prijepolje, as well as other well known organization such as Gradjanske inicijative, Regional Museum of Prijepolje, British Council, etc. Two of the board members of MiT are licensed youth workers.
We have been partners in several youth exchanges including Cyprus, Macedonia, Lithuania, Croatia, Bosnia and Hercegovina, and Portugal.
