IMPACT CAPACITY
Mission Locale of Marseille is an NGO with a rôle of public service in employement and inclusion.

We supports more than 20,000 young people per year with a team of 220 staff members. Our territorial network is exemplary, with strong partnerships across vocational training centers, apprenticeship institutions, businesses, social organizations, entrepreneurship support programs, civic service and international mobility initiatives, healthcare centers, and public services.

We work closely with various public and private funding bodies, enabling us to implement large-scale actions and continuously innovate.
Our governance (the President is the major of MArseille city hall) fully supports us, reinforcing our ability to implement ambitious projects and reach a large number of beneficiaries. As the largest Mission Locale in France, we are a stable organization committed to innovation. We have the capacity to experiment and develop tailored solutions that respond to labor market changes and the needs of young people.
What we can bring: the results of this project can be tested on a large number of collaborators but also youngsters. We have acces to youngsters from a wide different background, experience et skills .
Our expertise on social and professional inclusion, local partnership and the impact at a political level gives another dimension to the project
Our priorities are helping and coaching youngsters to get back to work or education, and in addiction we tackle
Inclusion and Diversity: We support NEETs (Not in Education, Employment, or Training) and young people with fewer opportunities who often face socio-economic, cultural, or geographical barriers. Our initiatives aim to improve their access to training, employment, and mobility.
Digital Transformation: aware of the rapid changes our needs are currently on developing workshops to raise awareness among young people and professionals on the responsible and effective use of AI.
Environment and Climate Change Mitigation: We educate young people on the ecological impact of new technologies and promote sustainable practices within our training and support programs.
Civic Engagement and Participation: Our projects encourage active citizenship and youth engagement through local and European initiatives, particularly related to civic service and international mobility.
Through our participation in Erasmus+ KA2 partnerships, we strengthen our ability to experiment with and share innovative practices at the European level, while providing our beneficiaries with new learning and professional integration opportunities.

Marseille boasts excellent transport connections, making it easily accessible both nationally and internationally. The Marseille-Provence International Airport connects the city to numerous European and global destinations. The high-speed train (TGV) network allows quick access to many destination, while the port provides maritime links across the Mediterranean.
