CONCORDIA Projekte Sociale is a national Association established in Republic of Kosovo in December 2020. It operates the CONCORDIA Tranzit centre, a day care centre for children and youth, for all religions and ethnic groups. The main focus is a school support program with homework tutorials and additional classes, both in the morning and in the afternoon. About 50 children and youth are coming for homework on daily basis. There is a music school as well, offering classes in many instruments (flutes, saxophone, clarinet, violin, violin cello, piano and guitar), running both a choir and an orchestra. The orchestra counts 30 young musicians. Additionally, there are specific interventions aiming to support the most vulnerable families, parents to become better parents, empower women from Roma, Ashkali and Egyptian communities and support young people to find and keep a job.
