Since 2006 , at a high school in Buca,İzmir-TURKEY, we have been practising peer mediation to end up the coflicts among students. During an 8 year’s time, the students concluded 1800 conflicts at the office in the school. %93 of conflicts resulted in win-win. We are teaching peer mediation with the help of the book written by our mediation teacher. Up to now we have trained 2000 mediators and now we’ll be so glad to share our experiences with these countries practising peer mediation at schools. We also want to transfer our experiences to those which don’t practise it.
